If it was an option, I would have chosen to give 0 stars. Had an appalling experience with this company - they cancelled the booking on the day of and rescheduled (despite me very clearly explaining our lease ended the next day), similar to others, was bullied into transferring an extra $200 to on the day of the clean or pay a $300 cancellation fee, the standard of work was subpar at best - I spent three hours going over their work despite the $869 fee. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! An absolute scam of a company that will charge you a fortune and leave you high and dry with no cleaning done. They do not offer “100% bond back guarantee” as advertised on their website. Not to mention their staff are beyond rude and incompetent. Avoid this company. They demanded up front payment in full, and after turning up they then demanded a further $420 to also be paid up front, telling me they would not start work until paid - just shy of $900 in total.I hadn't heard back from them at the end of the day, so I went over to have a look. They'd deposited the keys and left. I messaged them twice to ask if they were done, and they messaged me back to say yes.Real estate came in for an exit inspection and emailed me back to say it failed, with a laundry list of cleaning not done. Left with zero faith they could or would come back to complete the job, I left the real estate to take over at additional cost to me.
