Dr. Josephine Frize BA DO is a highly experienced Osteopath and Clinical Pilates instructor. The Mindful Spine Clinic was created to provide health care that is based on the individual needs of the patient, using a methodology that focusses on making improvements to lifestyle and body awareness.

Fantastic Osteopath
I've had many good people working on my bad back, but none in the same class as Jo Frize. It's not just that she's an empathetic and expert practitioner (though she is in fact both of those) it's that her knowledge of anatomy is so detailed, and her ability to share that knowledge is so generous.
