This company is disgusting to deal with. DO NOT deal with them. We engaged them to have our sewer connected five years ago. The plans were NOT followed and we were forced to relocate the system. This cost us an extra $4000 over and above their $6000 and the plumbers $14000.Five Years later the system has still not been approved!!!!! The one job that we needed doneWe have just had Sydney Water come to inspect it after countless phone calls and hours spent following this extremely bad situation up. We have now received another bill for $2692 that we were never informed of. We are in a new suburb and know the cost of what we had done from the other people around us. This job was over the top with the charge and was never done properly. Olsen Infrastructure provided great service with a lot of expertise on Sydney Water building plan approvals when I recently got an in-ground pool approved for my new home.
