After more than 5 quotes from other companies, I was really impressed with Mario's questions about the roller blinds, when I asked about having them cleaned. He was knowledgeful and dedicated to ensure he had the information needed to set my expections that he couldn't do magic, on blinds that are over 15 years old. He was on time, didn't make any mess, and did an excellent job, while notifying me that the crease is something to keep an eye on, as it could tear in the future. No communication and curtain still missing after 1 month
We need the curtain back ASAP. Please answer our calls we are desperate to know what is going on. I will try to remove this negative review if somebody calls me back and returns the curtain ASAP - it has been over a month and you are no longer returning calls after we asked for photos of the work done to date. You wanted to charge more for a steam clean but will not show us the work done to date.
