Allow me to introduce myself—Dr. Alexandra D'Agostin, your dedicated osteopath and the proud owner of the clinic. My educational background encompasses a Bachelor of Health Science, Applied Science in Osteopathy, and Exercise and Sport Science. During my younger years, I was deeply engrossed in competitive racing, including track and triathlons. This experience afforded me an intimate view of the multiple injuries athletes often suffer. That's when I knew that my true calling lay in helping people lead a pain-free life, whether they're chasing personal bests, completing marathons, or simply navigating the workweek without recurring headaches. My journey in osteopathy has been deeply rewarding and my passion continues to grow each day.

Additionally, I have a specialized interest in treating infants and toddlers. Over the years, I've been able to extend my expertise in handling a wide range of pediatric conditions such as reflux, constipation, restrictive neck movement, and hip issues, among others. When I'm not at the clinic, you'll find me training for ultra-marathons, swimming in the ocean or a pool, or exploring new corners of the world, invariably with my running shoes on!

Joining me at the clinic is Jess, an expert in Health Science and Rehabilitation Counselling. With a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Health Science in Osteopathy, Jess brings a unique treatment philosophy to the clinic. Her approach hinges on patient empowerment, supplying you with the knowledge and self-assurance needed to make significant strides in your health journey. Her background in psychology and rehabilitation counselling offers a holistic dimension to her osteopathic treatment strategies. Jess is profoundly interested in treating persistent neck and back issues and has even conducted research studies focusing on ergonomic-related pain among desk workers. She welcomes patients from all backgrounds and is enthusiastic about guiding you towards achieving optimal health and wellness.
