Waiting for a refund for almost a month!
I paid for 2 cover letters but was unaware Nicholas was waiting for more information to write them as he did not bother letting me know. So after a few weeks of hearing nothing I decided to cancel the letters and asked for a refund. The order for the cover letters was sent to him on 1st november. Since then I have emailed, called, texted NUMEROUS times and have had no response. I finally got him on the phone on 28th November when he told me he would respond that afternoon and i confirmed with him once again that I wanted to cancel the order. It is now the 2nd December and still No RESPONSE!!!
