About Us

Every day at Farce Charcuterie we are slicing and dicing, curing and mincing. Since Covid-19 we have pivoted our business to include prepared meals. All prepared meals are made with our ethos of Ethical Local Sustainable in mind. Each month we create a new menu and also cook weekly specials from what’s available at the markets.

At Farce Charcuterie our most basic terrines take 10 days to make, boning and salting meat, mincing and mixing with spices, herbs, eggs and cream, then cooking, chilling, maturing, slicing, packing, labelling and dating. It is all done with love and it is all done with our customers like you in mind.

Farce Charcuterie is made in small batches by a team of professional charcutiers, chefs and cooks
