We had work done at our small property in Perth, WA in June 2017. Brosna Construction showed up on time, gave me an estimate at the end of our first appointment, explained the project process, discussed the start date and stayed in touch with me as we finalized the design of the patio and walkways.They made recommendations when we weren't sure about a specific approach. The work lasted a bit over a week, and by the end we had an amazing walkway, new driveway, and a beautiful back patio which now serves as an extra room. Now, the most amazing part is that we worked with them long distance (we weren't in El Cerrito while the work was being done), so they would take pictures and text them to me to show how the work was coming along. These guys are the best.We had a contractor bail on our backyard project halfway through, and we needed someone dependable to come in and finish the job. Richard and his crew nailed it. After registering with Home Advisor, I received a phone call from Maicom Cruz within 3 hours and he was able to come to my home late afternoon the same day. He surveyed my needs and were able to give me an estimate on the spot. I am impressed with his hustle and immediate service. He removed my old cement driveway and entrance way and installed new pavers in two days. It was a FIRST CLASS JOB. They gave me an accurate estimate. They pulled the permits and did the work. The company was responsive, on time, and did what they promised. In fact, they did a little bit more than they promised. Work was done in two days. They actually came out on a third day to finish shaving some cement edges down that were tripping hazards. They worked on the area's I requested. Plus they shave down two areas that I had not requested. Work that needed to be done but that I did not notice. Definitely a plus in my books. I worked with Brosna Construction in the field and Richard in the office. Very pleasant people to work with. I highly recommend this company.
