I started training with Vian after my work injury. I have been very impressed by his passion to help his clients. He planned a various workout that helped me mentally, emotionally and physically. My overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time. He is a truly excellent trainer. He is willing to share his expert knowledge and answer any questions I come up with.
