GSO Care Aged Care Software - Care Management Simulator
is delighted to announce that which we believe to be a world first, the creation of an aged care provider simulator.
GSO Care has created a live, real time, event driven care management simulator, showcasing our use of intelligent automation within our aged care software. The simulation consists of a provider with 2 facilities. Both facilities are populated with cyber residents, all of whom have a range of care requirements and therefore varying funding levels.
Our cyber provider is Davarck Pty Ltd, and their 2 facilities are Pineapple Patch with 40 cyber residents and 4 empty beds, and Orange Grove with 21 cyber residents and 17 empty beds.
Both facilities are fully staffed by GSO Cyber Bots, including RNs, EENs, PCAs, cleaning staff, laundry staff and kitchen staff.
The simulator is not interactive, because we don't want our cyber residents receiving inappropriate care! However, we invite everyone to view our GSO Cyber Bots happily at work, caring for cyber residents, via management monitors.

GSO Care simulator emphatically demonstrates our point of difference. Benefitting from our event driven design, GSO Care aged care software displays real time individualised choices and directives per resident whilst enabling digital capture of events and observations, automatically linking to funding models and care plans, and generating alerts and exceptions if outside individual care or funding tolerances. We know recording resident data using GSO Care will afford managers and carers massive productivity gains. GSO Care has eliminated agency staff or new employees being "unaware" of resident real needs.
One additional bonus of the simulator is automatic Roster of Care reports, both rostered and actual, for each resident, which equates to each occupancy being its' own cost centre.
