I write to thank you so much for your kind assistance in helping my elderly mother when her Westinghouse refrigerator freezer broke down. The serviceman was so understanding and carefully explained to my dear mum what was wrong with her 30 year old fridge. Unfortunately he advised not to have the refrigerator repaired as it would be more economical to purchase a new one. Got same-day service when my 20 yr old fridge broke down for the first time. Polite and reliable service backed by a 2 year guarantee. Old thermostat given to me after new one installed. Repairman waited and checked fridge was cooling correctly before payment requested. Do pensioner disc., too.
