You'll need to make the payment before claiming any rebates. For seamless claiming of the Medicare rebate after your initial consultation, we'll require your bank account details (name, BSB, and account number) entered into our system at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Our dietitians are registered with major private health funds and government rebate schemes. The rebate you receive is contingent upon your level of coverage and the type of referral you possess.

We utilize clinically validated software called coviu, ensuring a secure consulting platform without the need for additional software downloads or plug-ins. A link for your appointment reminder will be sent to you, allowing you to join the video conference area a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.
