We love our functional trainer we have purchased, can’t say we love the instruction manual but we did get it together with minimal issues. We were missing the 10kg weights and we hadn’t been advised until we made contact. However flex fitness have been fantastic to deal with from the start. From the first person we contacted before purchase till now, Once the system was setup we realised something was not right with the bar and leg plate. A team member from the service team has contacted and gone above and beyond to ensure we corrected the installation mistake. I have recently purchased a complete home gym package from Flex Fitness. I have delt with Adam the sales consultant and he did an amazing job. He got an amazing knowledge of the gym equipments and guided me according to my needs. He kept me posted throughout from purchasing and shipment. The process was really smooth and the quality of the products are superb. Even though one item got lost during the shipment and when I contacted Adam, he posted the replacement item through express post.
