Janetta Leota is a personal and group fitness trainer, a life coach and support worker that offers mobile and online fitness services. Janetta Leota is certified personal trainer with a BA in psychology, sociology and business. Janetta Leota operates as a fitness professional and life coach specialising in weight loss, strength conditioning, muscle building, personal body development, life coaching and support work. 

You know the old saying “been there done that”, well that is her. 10 years ago, She went from a size 20 to a size 8-10 and still maintain that today. Janetta knows what it is like to struggle with body and self-esteem issues and understand the importance of providing programs tailored to the individual’s needs. She understand that everyone’s health and fitness journey is different and my goal as a personal trainer and life coach is to help individuals become the better version of themselves in mind, body and soul. Drawing on her own personal journey, qualifications, experiences of friends, family and clients she has gained the knowledge to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals and provide them with the tools to guide them through their lifestyle changes.
