Jo has been a pleasure to work with on both building 2 websites for the singing based businesses I run and for sorting out the email hosting problems I had with some old websites I only keep for access to the emails. There were problems along the way (Not Jo's doing) but she went the extra mile, working in here evenings to contact tech support abroad, to get to the bottom of things and get things running smoothly. Along the way, she refused to charge more than she's initially quoted for the work, even though she had to put in extra time that wasn't planned for, to solve the problems. New customers often tell me that the reason they chose to book with me was what they saw on the website.  Thanks again Jo!
