Goods not delivered or delivered to wrong adress
I ordered a manifold gasket on 6 May Immediately on placing the order on E Bay I noticed the delivery address was incorrect and straight away I messaged you through E Bay telling you the correct delivery address. No one responded. A few days later I again notified you about the correct address. Shan replied that she/he did not know what I was referring to. On 17 May I received a message from E Bay that the delivery is taking longer than expected. This is totally unacceptable as I have had to cancel appointment with mechanic and although I am still driving the vehicle it is in limp mode and costing me a fortune in fuel. Your responses and actions have been very unprofessional and I cannot recommend your business to anyone nor will I be dealing with you in the future.
