very disappointed - rude and bad customer service
Today I ordered flowers to be delivered tomorrow for my friends birthday. This was a $49 posy. It was delivered today instead of tomorrow!I called to find out what had happened, staff member who had to go check with her manager if I was indeed telling the truth about my order being for tomorrow and not today. She came back to me with, yep so your order was meant to be tomorrow, like no shit lady that's when I placed it for.She was lovely and apologetic, however offered no compensation for the mistake, which is just basic customer serviceManager then came to the phone and I asked what he was going to do to compensate. To which he legit said, "because its a low cost item we don't offer any compensation" I was astounded by this response.
