I will NEVER use this company again if I find I need to store my furniture in the future. They Over charged the pick up - Used Direct Debit from my card I had given as a deposit for the monthly costs without My Consent as I had NOT signed their direct debit form. Pretty sure this is Illegal. They then said my payment had not gone through in one month, and when I showed them my receipt they blamed technology for their error. On Delivery of my furniture, again was OVERCHARGED and have not received this refund - My New Fridge was mouldy inside as it was stored closed and one of the containers had a hole in it. The crew who dropped off my furniture were instructed to place all large furniture where it needed to be placed and all other items to be placed in the Garage.
