At Rockin'Birth, I teach hypnobirthing to soon-mums-to-be and their birth partners who desire a calm and satisfying birth experience.
Pregnancy and birth are of course about bringing new life into the world but it is also about the emergence of new mothers. It is a very powerful transformation and women deserved to be given evidence-based knowledge enabling them to make informed decisions and give informed consent through their pregnancy and birth journey.
The program I teach (Hypnobirthing Australia™) has been specifically designed for Australian Women and will help you navigate our health system so you can find the right option for you.
You will gain the evidence-based knowledge about pregnancy and birth, learn the tools to help you through labour and how to prepare for birth. I will also teach your birth partner how to support you during this exciting time.
I myself have 2 incredible births using hypnobirthing techniques, and I am passionate about helping women who want an empowered and joyful birth.
