Where to start… our builder selected this company. Installed wrong windows, installed wrong size doors, installed windows instead of doors, installation issues and communication is abysmal. We paid for additional fly screens and they’ve never supplied them despite repeated attempts to contact them and resolve the issues. They took fly screens away to fix and never returned them. We currently have quotes of over $40k to fix their mistakes. They now refuse to engage. We’ve been trying to sort these issues out since 2021.
