I am very pleased with the service I have received from the Trikon technicians. First it was Peter and Leon, and then Ronnie took over and carried the issue right to the end of a very satisfactory result. WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BUSINESS DESTROYED! The phones we got from them at a cost of over $2000 for 2 phones did not work! they refused to cancel our 2 year contract they make you sign so we were stuck with their crap internet that just does not work! it drops out constantly! customers try to get through to us and the call always drops out and we have to call them back from our own mobile phones! We have lost 90% of our customers because of TRIKON. we pay our bill automatically every month from our bank account yet I am constantly hounded with late feees and incorrect charges as the bill is already paid. I am so sick of wasting my time sensing bank statements proving payment that their accounts team seem unable to reconcile EVERY MONTH!
