Shocking Service
Very disappointed. 8 x 5 heavy duty. Lots of wink, wink, nudge by employees when I went to pick up. I ordered months in advance. Trailer not ready. Came out filthy. Wheels looked second hand and wheel nuts looked like they were hammered on. Paint was still wet. Had it just over a month now and haven't used it yet. Rust everywhere. Jockey wheel broke. Not happy. Have contacted Victorian trailers about my concerns and have been fobbed off each time. I’m told extensive rust is normal for a new trailer. - Review Posted By Bill Thompson On Tuesday, Dec 19, 2023.
