beyond grateful
To Kenny and Little Jo (ambulance 83 on March 18th 2022 Transfer FSH to Kalamunda Hospital - Rosemary Winspear) from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU. It was solely your decision to agree to take our Rosie to Kalamunda Hospital (she may not have survived the transfer from FSH). The staff at FSH refusing to allow us to transfer my sister and Suzan's mom to her final wish to die at Kalamunda Palliative Care. We will never forget the kindness you showed, the understanding and empathy you gave us when FSH staff wouldn't and didn't. We just cannot thank you enough for what you did for Rosie. Rosie made it to Kalamunda because of you both. She survived the transport, Rosie passed away peacefully the next morning. Thank you for allowing her daughter to travel with her mom. You both went up and beyond and for that we are most grateful. Never stop your kindness you touch so many people in so many ways. Thank you again for everything you do. - Review Posted By family of Rosemary Winspear On Tuesday, Apr 05, 2022.
