We had Owen and his team around doing work on our roof in December 22.  They were fantastic and under took works in addition to those quoted for when they came across issues. They were very professional and worked diligently for over a week on our roof. The quote was to prepare and repoint all ridging, replace broken tiles and replace the front valley trays. Owen and Shane arrived on time, and got to work immediately. Once the job was done, the roof and gutters were cleaned with an airblower for no charge . Looking at the finished roof, one can see these two men take pride in their work. They moved around the roof with quiet confidence and best of all ..... there was no blaring radio noise. Well done and thankyou very much. Owen and Shane cleaned our roof gutters today. They were punctual and did a wonderful job on a very difficult roof using harnesses for safety. They also repaired a couple of cracked tiles and cleaned up afterwards all around the house. After having a leak in our patio for a few years, and getting many people to look at it and try and fix it,but never solved the problem. A friend recommended Owen from Cain Roofing. So after he got up on the roof, he showed us photos of what needed doing. As our house is 39 yrs old, he advised us to open the roof ares on the side where we were having the leak, including removing ridge valley trays, and edge flashings, and redo all sealants to these areas.All reinstalled ridges were bedded.Owen also repoint all ridge cappings.He did a great job, and finally we don't have a leak in that area anymore.
